Bullying can be subtle. It can be a bump, a look, or even a laugh. Or it can be more overt: physical attacks, public humiliation or goading. Bullies know how to hurt. Many times those targeted, the bullied, keep silent for fear of retribution by the bully or if they do tell, the school is in effective in its efforts to solve the issues. So what can a parent do?
